The firm Dufresne, Savary & Associés inc., real estate appraisers, analysts and consultants, is the merging, in January 2009 of the firm Savary Paul & associés inc. and Évaluation Pierre Dufresne inc. The firm Savary Paul & associés inc. had worked in the field of appraisals in the Eastern Townships since 1981 and Évaluation Pierre Dufresne inc. was a younger team founded in 2004.
The merging of the two firms is now a partnership of three accredited appraisers amounting to more than 40 years experience in the various fields related to real estate appraisals. The firm now counts on a team of 13 employees of which 7 accredited appraisers.
Dufresne, Savary & Associés inc. is also a member of a larger organization called EXIMMO Group reuniting six firms from all over the province. The regions covered by the group besides the Eastern Townships are Montréal, Laval and the Laurentides, Québec, Centre du Québec, Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, and Mauricie. Being part of this group allows us to provide our customers with services across the province and execute particular assignments.
